Payment
We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping
We pride ourselves on prioritizing 24 hour shipping. 
Depending on the season orders may extend into 1-3 days max on all of our online orders.

Returns
We handle returns on a case by case basis. We always allow exchanges or store credit. 

For custom orders, because more energy is exerted & supplies are special ordered; we do not allow returns on custom orders. But have no fear, the customer approves the design each step of the way, so we shouldn’t run into any issues.
